According to a Boston Globe report three Massachusetts nursing homes are on a federal watch list of problem facilities. The three in MA include:
Piety Corner Nursing Home in Waltham
Cedar Hill Health Care Center in Randolph and
Harborside Healthcare in Wakefield.
